These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the melbey platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using melbey, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and melbey ("melbey," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing the melbey website at melbey.app, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the melbey platform.
1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the melbey platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who accesses any part of the melbey website or services.
1.2 By registering a melbey account, logging in, or placing a wager, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them.
1.3 melbey reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the melbey platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
1.4 These Terms should be read in conjunction with the melbey Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register a melbey account or participate in any gaming activity on the platform. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR. melbey strictly enforces this requirement and will request government-issued identification to verify your age at any time.
2.2 Geographic Restriction. The melbey platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the melbey platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. melbey makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not permitted to register or use the melbey platform.
2.4 Self-Exclusion. Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from online gaming platforms, or who have been excluded by court order or regulatory directive, are not permitted to register or use melbey. If you have previously self-excluded and attempt to register a new account, melbey will close the account and return any deposited funds.
2.5 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered melbey account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus balances.
3.1 To access the full range of melbey services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
3.2 melbey operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed or account limits are increased.
3.3 You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
3.4 melbey reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
Standard KYC verification is completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. During peak periods, verification may take up to 72 hours. You will be notified by email or SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number once verification is complete.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your melbey account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number.
4.2 You must not share your melbey account credentials with any third party. melbey will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from melbey that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
4.3 You agree to notify melbey immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. melbey will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4.4 melbey strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA adds an additional layer of security by requiring an OTP sent to your registered Philippine mobile number at each login.
4.5 melbey reserves the right to suspend or lock any account that it reasonably suspects has been compromised, accessed by an unauthorized party, or is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. melbey accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted subject to availability.
5.2 Prohibited Funding Sources. The following funding methods are strictly prohibited on the melbey platform: (a) cryptocurrency of any kind, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and any other digital asset; (b) credit card deposits for gambling purposes, which are prohibited under current Philippine payment regulations.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on melbey is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and the completion of KYC verification. melbey reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
5.5 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. melbey may request additional documentation to verify the ownership of the receiving account.
5.6 Currency. All transactions on the melbey platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). melbey is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
5.7 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. melbey reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, which will be communicated to you in advance via your registered email address.
6.1 melbey may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. melbey reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players.
6.4 Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
6.5 melbey reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.
7.1 All bets placed on the melbey platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product category, including but not limited to: live casino, slots, bingo, and sports betting.
7.2 Bet Confirmation. A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the melbey system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. melbey is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the player's end.
7.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest pricing error, melbey reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. melbey's decision in such matters is final.
7.4 Maximum Winnings. melbey may impose maximum payout limits per bet, per day, or per event. These limits will be communicated within the relevant game or product rules.
7.5 Suspicious Activity. melbey reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts where it has reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, collusion, or any other form of fraudulent activity in connection with a wager.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the melbey platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

10.1 All content on the melbey platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the property of melbey or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the melbey platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 10.3 The melbey name, logo, and all related marks, designs, and slogans are trademarks of melbey. You may not use any melbey trademark without our prior written consent.
10.4 Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to melbey regarding the platform may be used by melbey without restriction or compensation to you.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, melbey, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the melbey platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
11.2 melbey does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.3 melbey's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your melbey account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude melbey's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 melbey collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at melbey.app/privacy-policy. By registering a melbey account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 melbey complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and KYC verification partners as required by law or necessary to provide the melbey service.

13.1 melbey reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, melbey will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the melbey platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
13.2 If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the melbey platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected] before the effective date of the changes.
13.3 Your continued use of the melbey platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to melbey's internal dispute resolution process. 14.3 melbey will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
14.4 You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the melbey platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
